In appreciation of the complexity of planning and hosting a major conference and exhibition, the World Orchid Conference trustees have prepared a set of guidance notes for prospective hosts and organisers.

The trustees will review all venue proposals for future conferences received and will undertake site visits as necessary to establish the viability of bids. 

Following confirmation of a new World Orchid Conference venue, the trustees will maintain regular oversight of the local planning activity and advise and support as necessary.
